industry.. Ensure that all activities are in accordance to cGMP, ISO, and

Senior Validation
Engineer (

)
The Senior Validation
Engineer will develop, review, approve, and execute validation and
commissioning protocols. Must have experience in validation, computer
systems, manufacturing processes, sterilization, packaging, utilities and
laboratory systems. Knowledge of clean room design and aseptic practices is
necessary. Experience with the development of SOPs, change control
programs, and resolving deviations for biotech is required. Proficiency with

Technician (CBET) (

Responsible for calibration,
electrical safety testing, and preventive maintenance for medical equipment
and test instruments. Provides supervision of calibration activities
and management of NIST-traceable reference standards used to perform
calibrations. Prepare written calibration procedures and ensure their
proper implementation as well as oversee calibration activities. Have
the ability to perform all calibrations in accordance to quality guidances

Calibration Technician II
PMEL (

)
Calibration of test,
measurement, and diagnostic equipment with a strong emphasis on RF/Microwave
equipment. Other equipment includes, but is not limited to, general-purpose
test equipment, physical/dimensional, and industrial equipment such as:
multimeters, flowmeters, RTDs, potentiometers, weights, hygrometers, torque
wrenches, pressure transducers, force transducers, tachometers, etc.

PMEL/Calibration
Technician II (Silver Spring, MD) (FT)
The
Calibration Technician will be responsible for performing repairs and
preventive maintenance procedures on laboratory equipment, and
troubleshooting and performing calibrations on laboratory equipment.Test the
functionality of equipment and complete measurements for accuracy,
sensitivity, and selectivity. Manage reference standards, instruments,
and tools. Assist with the execution of validation protocols. Perform
temperature mapping of storage units. Use common and special
calibration tools and calibration equipment to repair, calibrate, and
certify precision measurement equipment (TMDE). Troubleshoot equipment with
out-of-specification results. Perform PMEL quality functions, Assist
on projects as necessary. Some travel required.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in biomedical equipment technology or electronics or
military training, Training in GXPs, Minimum of 2 year experience in
pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment, Excellent communication skills,
U.S. citizen.
Refrigeration Technician
III (Silver Spring, MD) (PT and FT)
The Refrigeration Technician
III will be responsible for performing routine maintenance procedures on
refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and incubators, and performing calibrations
on laboratory equipment after training has been provided.Some travel
required.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years
practical field experience in HVAC/refrigeration industry, EPA Universal
Certification, Physically able to climb and lift up to 50 lbs., Excellent
communication skills, U.S. citizen
Validation Engineer II
(Silver Spring, MD) (FT)
The Validation Engineer II
will be responsible for authoring, performing, and directing the execution
of validation protocols for equipment, software, and process validations.
This position will be responsible for providing design services, process
performance expertise, and troubleshooting capabilities for HVAC systems,
clean rooms, and high purity utilities. Some travel required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in engineering, Training in GXPs, Minimum of 5 years experience in
pharmaceutical/ biotechnology environment, Proficient in statistics and data
analysis and knowledge of process engineering, process optimization, and
